What: Restaurant Management Course

The Restaurant Management Course at the French Culinary Institute takes future restaurateurs from the initial concept scribbled on a napkin through the rigors of navigating day-to-day operations long after opening night. With guidance and valuable insight from key industry instructors, students will prepare a business plan they can use to launch their own restaurants, bars or bakeries. Throughout the course, industry leaders offer their expertise, successes, setbacks and secrets, enlightening students on the potential pitfalls and opening their eyes to the countless opportunities for success and profitability.

When: January 21 – May 15, 2009. Wednesdays and Fridays, 6 pm to 9 pm.
January 24 – May 16, 2009. Saturdays, 9 am to 4 pm.
