Young chefs will become masters of spinning out dough in mid-air, spreading just enough sauce, and sprinkling a layer of fresh-grated mozzarella. This is their shot to get in the center of the action, all while learning the fine art of New York pizza. Students will work elbow-to-elbow with our Chef-Instructors, who will share their secrets and some of their favorite slices. The whole process will be demonstrated in a professional kitchen with our top-notch instructors. The young chefs will keep one eye on bubbling mozzarella and the other on their Chef-Instructor’s mixing, tossing and baking techniques. Whether they’re already cooking or still a little fresh…come join the tradition.
Students must be at least 13 years of age to enroll in Pizza 101. Rising culinary stars younger than 18 will need a parent or guardian to vouch for them as a co-signer
