PastryScoop.com invites you to join us for our Fall 2009 Conference on Sunday, October 18th. This all-day event, for both amateurs and professionals, will take place in the kitchens at The French Culinary Institute at The International Culinary Center located at 462 Broadway (at Grand Street) in New York City.

We’ve gathered together some of the city’s finest talent to host ten workshops on a variety of delicious topics, including fall-inspired homey desserts and throwing an ice cream social. Check out technique-based demos to learn more about: making breakfast treats; decorating your own holiday gingerbread house; adding new flavor profiles to classic desserts; and jazzing up the basic cupcake. Taste and experience the latest in pastry arts while mingling with some of the city's top pastry chefs!
