Cooking Demonstration: Summer Produce from Crossroad Farm July 21, 2011

We welcome Tim Taylor, Grower and Owner of Crossroad Farm in Post Mills, Vermont, a sixty acre vegetable farm.

Chef Joshua will guide you in preparing sweet and savory dishes made with Crossroad Farm produce.

The demonstration begins at 5:30pm. Please come early to enjoy a drink on the deck.

There is no cost for this demonstration. Enjoy wines by the glass and cocktails available for purchase. After the demonstration, feel free to join us for dinner downstairs in the dining room.
