Zhukov Dance Theatre presents Product 02 August 7, 2009

Yuri Zhukov, award–winning choreographer and set designer, presents the second season of his company, Zhukov Dance Theatre. This special one-weekend show of Mr. Zhukov’s work will be performed by an internationally renowned cast of dancers and will introduce guest choreographer Hlin Diego to Bay Area audiences. The second season, titled Product 02, feature two world premieres: Yuri Zhukov's new work, Pioneer Plaques 2009, was inspired by the 1972 and 1973 spacecraft launches of the Pioneer spacecrafts. Guest choreographer Hlin Diego's new work, Caught in the Square, will focus on the origins, progression, and outcomes of fear.
