Volkmar, M.D., director of the Yale University Child Study Center, presents with author Jayne Lytel of Act Early Against Autism: Give Your Child a Fighting Chance from the Start (Penguin-Perigee March 2008). Their session will combine Lytel's struggles to recover her son from an autism spectrum disorder with the latest insight on new approaches to studying autism's earliest signs and the challenges for new treatment approaches.
