Zero to 10: First Decades/New Centuries May 9, 2011

'Zero to 10' is an innovative and dynamic exhibition of the holdings from the five partner institutions of the Center for Jewish History. Take a select behind-the-scenes glimpse of the treasures of the American Jewish Historical Society, the American Sephardi Federation, the Leo Baeck Institute, the Yeshiva University Museum and the YIVO Institute for Jewish Research. Presented in honor of the 10th anniversary of the Center, 'Zero to 10' has a three-fold mission: to enable the viewer to better appreciate crucial first decades of past centuries, to understand how multiple changing forces have shaped history and to explore the continuing heritage of Jewish belief, life and experience.
