Join SD26's executive chef Odette Fada and chef de cuisine Matteo Bergamini for a five-course wine-off featuring impeccable Italian flavors in the slick new digs of this relocated Manhattan classic. A lesson in wine regions and varietals awaits as each course will be paired with not one but two wines to allow for side-by-side comparison of the fruits of Italian and international vineyards. The night's dishes will include seared scallop with braised endive and morels served in a veal-lemon sauce; soft egg yolk filled raviolo with truffle butter; saddle of rabbit scented with olives and marjoram and served with ricotta cake and fava beans; a selection of artisanal Italian cheeses; and finally panna cotta with rhubarb.

Tickets are $150 for hors d'oeuvres and five courses with wine pairings; tax and gratuity not included.
