Famed Japanese Jazz Pianist Yuko Maruyama will be performing in a live concert with her quintet in an event sponsored by the Japan Society of Northern California and Kawai Pianos. This concert is to benefit the worthy cause of the famous chef and author Alice Water's Chez Panisse Foundation. This Foundation provides grants to schools to teach children about agriculture and the importance of healthy eating.
