Why This Conference?
Our young men are seeking and searching and we plan to be there when they arrive. There is not another one conference designed to engage young men on a level that creates REAL TALK, with a REAL APPROACH, providing REAL SOLUTIONS in this area.

Why Now?
Time is of the essence. Every day that we fail to reach the life of a young man could mean his life. There is no time like the present. Somewhere out there, a young man around this country is asking himself WHEN?
What is our Hope?
Our hope is to stand on the momentum of change while it is prevalent and nurture a perpetuating movement of change designed to last a lifetime. Our hope is that our young men will come to envision that "what they know is no longer good enough" and change will be manifested.
What You Can do to Help Us?
Mobilize the movement! Tell others that we exist. If you are aware of young men at your church, local organizations, in your family or even your neighborhood, and believe that they could benefit from a one day conference, please let us know; we are ready to make it happen. Don't limit yourself to California; call your friends out of State as well. We are ready to take Young Men Revealed in your city, state, country and across the world.

Developing Your Swagger
While the world has consistently provided and shaped the image of our young men, it has become a difficult and confusing process for many. Do you wear dreads or a fade? Sagging pants or a suit? In the midst of it all, how do maintain your image, obtain that dream job and still fit into a society that is constantly changing? After all, image is everything? Or is it?
Backing Out of Wrong Choices
Does it seem as if you have made all the wrong decisions and there is no hope of starting over? How do you move forward when it seems as if life has dealt you a bad hand? Does a fresh start sound within reach or impossible? Come learn how to retrace your steps to your best foot forward without looking back.
Father Figures
Whether there has been a father in your life or not, most young men have been exposed to father figures. Who represents the father in your life? How have they shaped you in your present stage? In all that youve learned, how do you plan to transfer that information to the next generation?
Body Talk
With all of the talk of AIDS, HIV and STDs, how much do you really know? Its not about what you heard, but more about what you have read and learned for yourself. If most of your information has been word of mouth, its time for you to take the time to get your facts straight.
Spiritual Self
Out of all the voices that may be calling you towards their direction, you must learn to discern the call of God on your life. You were marked when you were formed in your mothers womb. Truth be told, many of you have discerned the call of God, but the desire to walk in the opposite direction is greater. Are you completely off course of your destiny? Has the desire to be right, do right and live right been silenced by the pressures of life? Come and examine your spiritual self, then make the decision for your next step.

Do you struggle with communicating with your son because no one ever taught you the value and power of words? Come learn how to establish authority without intimidation. Be thechange that you want to see in your son.
Leadership Matters
As we consider the state of our country, and the state of the world, it is critical that we not forget the state of our individual homes. The family survives best when the priest of the household is in full operation and standing in his rightful place. Come learn more about the plight of the American family and re-establish balance, order and preservation for the next generation to come.
Hustle and Flow
How do you stand firmly in the role as head of the household when it seems as if everything is closing in around you? Some things in life require you to invest in more than your present state to elevate to your future. Its time to move past what you know to survive in order to get to your next. Its not just about making ends meet, but meeting your needs to the end. Come and learn how to implement strategies in your thought process that will elevate your thinking to the next level.
