Young, hip, cool scrapbooking 101 April 7, 2008

Get your photos off the internet and into real life photo scrapbooks that you make and decorate yourself.
Tell your own story because no-one else can tell it like you do.
Leave the glare of the monitor far behind and play with some real paper and glue.

This monthly workshop (dip in, dip out) will teach you the basics of making fun arty pages with photographs and scrapbook craft supplies by making a 'Book of Me'. Then use the techniques and apply them to any photos you take to make fun albums full of your own pictures and artwork.

the rules:
no thinking you aren't creative and arty enough (forget your school Art teacher, still life is for dummies)
no thinking that your life story isn't interesting enough
no thinking that this is 'just for girls'
no thinking that you Can't because You Can.
no other rules

You'll need a basic toolkit and some photos but I'll supply all the info once you sign up. For this first month, payment is £11 by paypal but this includes all the supplies you'll need to make your first couple of pages, plus room hire and use of my super special tools.

I promise it'll be lots of fun. I've tested this class out on some test subjects who all came away with pages they loved, cool paper and techniques to play with afterwards and they begged me to do another, so here we are :D
