Yoga to help heal October 17, 2004

Join the Amity Zone group for a class of Yoga at North Meadow Recreation center, Central Park. Regain a sense of well-being and strenghten your body, mind and soul.

RSVP for the event at the Amity Zone website and meet the group at specified time and location. The group leader will introduce you to the group. After the class, go for coffee and snacks and a nearby cafe and get to know your fellow group members a little more.
