Yoga Teacher Training (Level 1) January 16, 2009

tranquil space is pleased to offer this inspiring level 1 teacher training intensive. the training is designed for students interested in teaching beginning to intermediate students, exploring vinyasa yoga or simply deepening their own practice.

our level 1 is an introductory yoga teacher training that is a prerequisite for our 200-hour yoga alliance approved level 2 certification. this introductory intensive will provide you with a strong foundation to practice, observe, and teach.

* taking 6 classes within three weeks during this training is also required & included in the training fee of $595.

training is friday through monday. note that the saturday times have changed:
friday, january 16 — 6:30 - 9:30 p.m.;
saturday, january 17 — 12:00 - 8:00 p.m.;
sunday, january 18 — 12:00 - 8:00 p.m;
monday, january 19— 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
application due january 13.
