Yoga on the Beach September 19, 2009

Come join us for a beautiful outdoor yoga class at the beach. All levels welcome. Yoga is known for its calming, body beautifying effects and now you can double the benefit by opening the lungs to fresh air and nature. Class will be held on the grass area at PCH and Goldenwest. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. Asanas begin promptly at 8:30am .

Those who are not registered through the H.B. Sands can pay $8 at the event.
