join tranquilspace teacher trainees for a 60 minute vinyasa flow to benefit homeward trails. homeward trails is a dc area non-profit organization that rescues dogs and cats from rural shelters in virginia, west virginia, and north carolina, where the chances of them finding permanent homes are slim and, sadly, most animals otherwise face almost certain euthanasia. each year, homeward trails places more than 350 animals in permanent, loving homes and works to promote proactive spay/neuter practices and educate the public about how to care for their animals in a humane way. every dollar donated to homeward trails goes towards the rescue, rehabilitation, care, and placement of homeless animals! suggested donation $15. more information at www.homewardtrails.org.
