This workshop teaches exercises and tools for self-improved vision and optical health. The techniques are simple, effective, easy to use, and empowers individuals to improve their eyesight naturally. Building on techniques pioneered by ophthalmologist William Bates, Meir Schneider developed this self-help program, which includes basic principles of natural eyesight improvement, exercises to increase visual acuity and ocular health, Tibetan yoga practices to refresh the eyes and mind, and on-the-spot techniques to ease reading, driving and computer eyestrain. This workshop can also help those with near- or far-sightedness, cataracts, eye fatigue, computer vision syndrome or other afflictions. It contains all the necessary information and tools people need to begin a self-healing routine at home.

Meir Schneider, PhD, LMT, founder of the School for Self-Healing, is an international author, holistic mind-body educator, pioneer therapist, and inspiring speaker. A healer who nurtures self-empowerment in others, Meir's journey began at the age of seventeen when he embarked upon his own self-healing to overcome congenital blindness. From blindness to sight; from functioning through Braille to reading without glasses and driving a car! The principles he discovered while working to develop functional vision, became the foundation for his breakthrough system of therapeutic, self-healing exercises, effective for many illnesses and disorders. His method combines movement, massage, breathing, mental imagery, and joy.
