Calling all runners!

Are you a new runner or training for your first race and experiencing shin splints, tight hamstrings, painful knees?

Or, are you an avid runner training for the Army 10 Miler and other upcoming events, suffering from the usual tight hamstrings, hips, and low back?

Maybe you're somewhere in between and you have a hard time touching your toes, your ankles are weak, and you could use some help with the breathing?

In this two hour workshop with avid runner and yoga teacher, Brittanie DeChino, discover how yoga can loosen up hamstrings, hips, calves, low back, and upper back/shoulders, helping you to run faster, easier, and with less risk of injury. Deep stretching and breathing will enhance your running form and teach you a few tricks for keeping stretched and strong while you continue to build your running practice. At the end, we'll practice a brief visualization to help you see yourself crossing the finish line, easing anxiety and fear about race day.

All levels of runners and yogis are welcome!
