This is a perfect opportunity to take classes with other beginners, learn the basics and get a solid foundation in yoga. You will learn the basics of yoga: alignment, stretching, standing and seated posers as well as breathing techniques. You will begin to experience for yourself some of the benefits that arise from practicing yoga such as increased flexibility, strength, cardiovascular health, a sense of well-being and relaxed awareness. No specific fitness level is required.
