Yoga Booty Ballet is an upbeat hybrid of invigorating, funky cardio dance; the grace, beauty and poise of ballet; and the power, strength and balance of yoga. Signature booty moves combined to shake, lift, and enhance your body. Work your body, engage your mind and lighten your spirit!

YBB is held every Monday from 8:30-9:25pm
(live drumming once a month)
