Yoga on Mondays for 6 weeks. 10.30am-12pm. Yoga helps to reduce stress, increases the flexibility of the body, helps to improve balance, build stamina, lifts the mood and helps to promote spiritual wellbeing.

You will become more aware of your mind, breath and emotions, more in control of your life and better able to cope with whatever life throws at you! Be the calm amid the chaos, clear out the mind of clutter, cultivate spiritual awareness, become fitter, happier, less stressed and be more at peace. Each individual works with their own awareness and level of ability. Under the guidance of a qualified tutor.

Please wear comfy clothes and bring with you a mat and a warm blanket.
