We kick off our rejuvenation
with a morning yoga class, featuring Vinyasa Krama sequence as our main
practice. All levels are welcome.

Forget Me Knots massage

Melt away knots, achy muscles
and stress with a pure Swedish pleasure with the organic essential oils.

Super Facial

An organic with
immediate results! It includes AHA exfoliation to smooth, brighten and
refine the skin.
Ten-der Feet Pedicure

A Brazilian heeling, soleful pedicure designed to exfoliate and moisturize using 100% organic Babassu products.

We can use the steam rooms to
melt the remaining muscle tension before and after treatments.
Steam rooms are well-known for
its ability to steam baths moist heat heightens immunity, improves
circulation, and triggers lymphatic drainage.
Well end our spa experience
in the relaxation lounge with the beverages and healthful snacks.
