join kevin for an afternoon focused on learning techniques to help alleviate depression and anxiety through yoga. we will explore the mind-body-spirit connection through lecture, pranayama, and asana. discover how to use yoga and meditation can be used for constructive self-study. learn how yoga may be used for moving through depression and anxiety. practice relaxation techniques to soothe or stimulate the nervous system; while cultivating internal harmony and balance. all are welcome.
