Caribbean white sands and clear sparking waters await as Pravassa and Anita Goa invite you to fuse your fitness into a well deserved vacation. Dive into this natural, wild and secluded paradise for 4 days and forget about winter. Our group will be housed in the artistically created and locally built boutique resort, Natura Cabana. These beach front bungalows offer a tropical escape within direct flight from the U.S. In a couple of hours you'll forget your worries. Our daily yoga and fitness classes are held in a stunning outdoor thatched roof, wood floor temple. Practicing in nature will have new meaning after this weekend.
Days will begin with a vigorous morning yoga fusion practice to build heat and open your body to the tropical climate. Enjoy your breakfast in relative calm as the haze of a well deserved savasana is preserved in the laid back beach atmosphere. Afternoons are yours to enjoy. A 5-minute trek will lead to a great surfing beach or 10 minutes will take you to the world famous Kite Beach where kite boarding is the sport of choice. Rather just lounge under an umbrella? No problem, steps from your bungalow you'll find everything you need. Early evenings bring us together again to cool down from the heat and excitement of the day.
Spend your evenings on your bungalow porch or retire to your room, which is decorated in warm tropical furnishings and contemporary textiles. Choose to share a bungalow with a friend, loved one or splurge and take a one all for yourself. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves just outside your window and wake to the sounds of nature feeling refreshed.
