Yo Fukui: I Love You No Matter the Earth Is Destroyed May 5, 2009

The exhibit features large-scale colorful sculptures that hover between science fiction and comedy. Each piece has an intricate surface comprised of tiny squares of colored felt and paint over poured urethane foam. The pieces are well crafted and always surprising with an exuberant statement of color mixed with darker visions. The exhibit also includes a piece created especially for the exhibit space at the government center.
