YETI LANE
Paris-based psych-pop duo formed by Ben Pleng and Charlie B, both former members of M83’s space-rocking labelmates Cyann & Ben. They released their second album ‘The Echo Show’ earlier this year and popular consensus is that it’s something of a classic. NME said it was “like Grandaddy’s ‘The Sophtware Slump’ reimagined by Kraftwerk and Kevin Shields”, while BBC Music described it as “Krautrock refracted through the hall of mirrors in the Palace of Versailles”. Live, the two-piece make a noise worthy of four, and follow up their support tour with Diagrams earlier this year with a run of headline shows.
