Yahoo! Bus Derby Block Party with OK Go February 5, 2011

Yahoo! Bus Stop Derby is an innovative interactive contest that enabled San Francisco locals to engage with games based on Yahoo! Mobile applications, while competing to win points for their neighborhood. This unique experience engaged SF residents on a local level for the grand prize of a free block party and a concert from OK Go.

The block party will have an array of local SF food vendors and fun activities, and for a few lucky concert goers a chance to get VIP status during the concert. People can “Flash their Yahoo! Mobile app” and interact with Yahoo! over IM to get VIP perks like a special area to watch the show and perhaps even meet the band.
