Michael Carluccio interrupts his "X-Men Tour" on May 30 in Redford, Michigan with the latest addition to his collection of legendary characters, the Wolverine, Leader of the X-Men.

The Wolverine, portrayed by Michigan’s own native wolverine, Michael Carluccio, will stop by the Timberwolf Lounge on Plymouth Road beginning at 8:00pm to slash away in the fight for cancer at the Redford location on Saturday. Carluccio is donating his time during the fund raising event and invites everyone to stop by to be photographed together. 100% of all donations will be used to assist the family of Cathy and Pete Kurzyniec.

Cathy has worked for the Timberwolf Lounge since opening in 1996. Pete, a retired UAW worker and Cathy’s husband, is fighting cancer of the throat.

From his suburban home near Detroit, Michigan, Carluccio described how he added this comic book action hero to his extensive repertory, which includes Rocky, The Terminator, Zorro and Indiana Jones.

Michael Carluccio's 1-Man Legend Show brought the Wolverine character to local venues to the delight of kids and adults. The X-Men Tour began May 20 at the Walled Lake Big Boy and continued to other locations in the Michigan chain of family eateries, including Brighton, South Lyon and Flat Rock. The list of appearance dates continues to grow and will be announced in local and community outlets.

Restaurant managers and staff were also delighted to receive the "Wolverine" on their shift as it added excitement and customers to the dinner patrons.

Action-movie fans and comic book aficionados of all ages have the opportunity to meet America's number 1 screen action hero impersonator of the X-Men's Wolverine, Michigan's own Wolverine, Michael Carluccio, and take photographs and gain some insight into the Wolverine character.

Michael is an actor, model and vocal performer. He is also a songwriter and recording artist. He has performed on television and radio, in movies and on stage. As a model, Michael has been seen in many prestigious magazines, i.e., HOUR Magazine, Michigan Entertainment (ME) Magazine; Fitness commercials, Providence Hospital medical network.

Michael is best known as the man with a thousand voices. His 1-Man Legend Show delivers the songs of the forties, fifties and sixties as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin, Neil Diamond and many others with an outstanding resemblance to their style and comedic presentation.

Michael's most recent film performance was in "Rockwell" as the lead character, Benson Rockwell, a Michigan independent film production, produced by award winning producer Joshua Amir.

Michael is currently working on several film projects and his 1-Man Legend Shows here in Michigan. Michael is available for charitable and children's events.
