Are you thinking of starting a new technology venture? If so, you probably have many legal questions. Fortunately, the Washington Technology Industry Association has a program which allows you to meet with an attorney who can help answer your basic legal questions in starting up your new venture. All you have to do is sign up and come to the legal office hours, which are held regularly on a first come, first serve basis. Meetings last 30 - 45 minutes with representatives from the law firm Davis Wright Tremaine. This benefit is open to WTIA members in good standing only and is held at the WTIA Offices in the Conference Room.

At these meetings you can get answers to questions related to items such as choice of entity, equity compensation, angel and venture financing positioning, hiring, and intellectual property strategies. This benefit is available to WTIA members on a first-come-first serve basis. Sign up today!

To register, please request a time slot by emailing [email protected].
