Andre and Judith De Zanger, Co-Directors of the Creativity Institute, will be facilitating a unique workshop at Arts on the Square on Saturday July 7, July 21, and August 4, 3:00-5:00pm. Participants can attend any number of the sessions, located in the studio of Arts on the Square, 52 Public Square, Watertown.
“WOW Ideas” will focus on the power of creativity using TED Talks and group conversation to explore different “Ideas Worth Spreading”. TED Video Talks are given by experts around the world in Science, Art, Entertainment and Design. TED stands for Technology, Entertainment and Design, and is a nonprofit organization devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. TED’s mission statement includes the following - “We believe passionately in the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and ultimately, the world. So we're building here a clearinghouse that offers free knowledge and inspiration from the world's most inspired thinkers, and also a community of curious souls to engage with ideas and each other”. A discussion on how to use these ideas to enrich our lives and our communities will follow each presentation.

This is a free workshop; however donations to the Arts Council are gratefully accepted. Preregister 1 week prior to each session in person or at Arts on the Square, 52 Public Square, or online at www.nnyart.org or 661-6361.
