Morning Session:

"Basic" benefit administration-a near contradiction in terms-whether a new administrator or a seasoned pro, everyone would agree that excellent benefit plan administration requires diligence in tracking many moving parts...nothing "basic" about it.

Examine key components of the most important administrative issues in group health plans, including recent legislative updates that impact your plans. Specifically, you'll be able to:

*Define elements of the ERISA Welfare SPD and Plan Document
*List Premium Only Plan (POP) essentials
*Interpret Table I Calculations for Group Term Life
*Describe Federal COBRA and ARRA's Federal Subsidy

And join us in the afternoon for Would Your Benefits Plan Stand Up to an Audit? Part 2: Compliance
