World Peace Congress February 23, 2009

The Congress will bring together scholars, activists, artists, people from different walks of life committed to the goal of Peace, and will attempt to embody, in concrete, Grassroots Projects, scattered worldwide, the Resolutions proffered by Congress 2007. The Objective ofthis set of Meetings is to set up an Institutional basis for co-respective and co-operative Peace between People, unmediated by state, government, or politics, understood in their traditional sense. The Final Goal of these efforts is equally clear: to achieve, as a binding precept, the Universal Renunciation of War as a means/end of Social and Political Policy, now and forever. Congress 2008/09 welcomes all those who share such a Vision to join in helping enshrine this Idea via Dialog, Discussion and Conversation, now and in the future.
