World Music Event to Benefit Sustainability Projects in Developing Countries October 18, 2007

DJ Jeremiah & the Afrobeat Nation will headline a world music event at 111 Minna Gallery on Thursday, October 18 to benefit Engineers Without Borders-San Francisco Professionals (EWB-SFP). DJ Spin Cycle opens SFARI 2007 - A Journey Through Africa, which will support EWB-SFP’s volunteer efforts to create sustainable and equitable solutions in developing communities around the world. Current programs include efforts to deliver clean water and infrastructure to Tanzania, install solar systems in Haiti, and create sustainable wind turbines in Guatemala.

Raffle includes iPhone, four 49ers tickets, and San Francisco Symphony tickets and $250 dinner gift certificate to Absinthe Brasserie & Bar.
