World Beat Concert May 6, 2009

Experience the beat of a different drummer at Richland College's World Beat Concert on May 6.

The free performance, at 8 p.m. in Fannin Performance Hall, will feature musical styles including rock, calypso, flamenco, African, classical and jazz.

The World Beat Concert showcases the talents of Richland College's Steel Bands, directed by Derrick Logozzo, and World Drumming Ensemble, directed by Michael Kenny.
