World AIDS Day December 1, 2010

Club Congress hosts a free event in commemoration of World AIDS Day. There will be a balloon-cutting ceremony, free HIV testing, and guest speakers as well as performances by the Pinche Blues Band, Human Project, dance troupe On the Mark, Boys R Us and more.
