With the release of World Energy Outlook 2008, the International Energy Agency (IEA) advising 28 member countries is able to shed light on the most pressing questions concerning both existing and future energy challenges. With new projections to 2030, Ambassador Richard Jones discusses the future of world’s energy markets and the prospects for combating climate change under new post-Kyoto policy scenarios moderated by law school energy and sustainable development professor at Stanford Law School, David Victor.
