The World Affairs Council's Young Professionals International Forum is proud to announce the start of a monthly discussion group series -- Global Town Hall -- where people can share their opinions in a friendly debate setting and hear a diversity of perspectives over complex global issues for FREE. This month's discussion will focus on the question of "What is the role of the international community in situations where a country is put under duress by its own leader?" The International Criminal Court's arrest warrant of Sudan's Omar Al-Bashir, the right to sovereignty, and the responsibility to protect will all be discussed.

Check-in/Article distribution: 6:00 PM, Discussion: 6:30-7:30 PM
