Workshop - The Path of Kirtan: Open Your Voice, Open Your Heart June 4, 2010

Featuring Anusara Yoga with Elizabeth Rainey, Certified Anusara Yoga Instructor. This workshop explores the ancient sacred arts of singing, devotional chant, and rhythm. Participants will learn to open their voices more fully through special Eastern and Western vocal techniques. They will deepen their experience of chanting (kirtan) and playfully explore the body as a vehicle for rhythm, creating a joyful experience of music in community with others.
