Date: 10th Feb 2012 at Pune

Hurry Register Today.

A Product Manager’s job is to envision the future of a product and enable everybody in the team to work towards achieving it. It is also his job to ensure that the envisioned future is feasible and economically viable. While having domain expertise and business background is useful to accomplish these goals, none of them is a critical skill. With the right perspective and some of the key product management skills in place, a Technology or a Project Management professional can be equally effective in a Product Management role.
This workshop focuses on inculcating such product management skills and perspective into a non-product management professional.

Target Audience:
- Individuals with new Product Management responsibilities
- Project and Program Managers doubling up as Product Managers.
- Team Leads/Scrum Masters playing Module or Product Owners.
- Senior Engineers and other team members aspiring to get into Product Management roles.

Training Methodology:
Interactive Classroom sessions, Case Studies and Real World Examples.

Scope:
This workshop is primarily targeted at learning/improving Product Management skills for an existing product. Launching a new product requires additional skills and expertise and is not specifically covered in this workshop.
