Workshop: Mithila Painting January 24, 2009

Rohini Sen has trained in Mithila style of painting from the renowned national award winning artist Smt. Sasikala Devi. In this workshop she will teach not only the methods of this intricate style of painting but also dedicate time towards telling participants the stories and histories of this tradition. Participants will work at producing a finished piece of approximately quarter imperial size by the end of the workshop.
