Logistics & Supply Chain Management are the surest ways to create a sustainable competitive advantage in a Company. Logistics is concerned with getting products and services where they are needed, when they are desired, with maximum efficiency and minimum total cost. The excitement of Logistics stems from a combination of traditional work areas like information, transportation, warehousing, material handling and packaging into an integrated strategic initiative.

Supply Chain Management provides the framework for businesses and their suppliers to operate in unison to bring goods and services to the ultimate consumers. Contemporary Supply Chain Management makes internal and external integration one of the core competencies of an enterprise.
