Workshop - Leadership program. IGNITE is a leadership program that aims at complementing and supporting the existing school curriculum by providing a life skills program that would encourage the students to take a different and innovative approach to the prescribed syllabus, and make them more productive in school. This apart from developing in them some inherent qualities that would make them strong, compassionate leaders, by equipping them with the relevant and appropriate skills both emotional and cognitive. This program is for children in the 10 to 15 years age group. This 60-hour program includes four modules. Every module is designed to engage the student in various thought works and activities to enable the child to explore, think, reflect, experiment, experience and apply the knowledge and skills to real life situations. The four modules are: Module 1: Creativity & Invention. Module 2: People & Management skills. Module 3: Awareness & Engagement. Module 4: Leadership & Entrepreneurship.
