Here’s something for women who love to keep adding to their knowledge. ‘Ladyz Passion’, a festival of workshops, has courses in things as varied as grooming, mehndi and cookery. The workshops are being organised by Zaitoon Abbas and Arva M.K. The grooming session will be held on August 13 and 14 by a specialist, who will talk about skin care and make-up, hair care and styling, facial and saree draping. Mehndi designing (simple, Arabic and bridal) will be taught on August 18. The cookery workshop will cover sandwiches, juices, salads and dips, and will be held on August 27 and 28.
