Word & Note: Worship Services February 7, 2010

10:30 am Worship services with sermons by Marcus J. Borg and John Dominic Crossan with special music by Arthur Marks, accompanied by David Josefiak.

Marcus J. Borg is holds the Hundere Chair of Religion and Culture in the Philosophy Department at Oregon State University.

John Dominic Crossan, renowned biblical author and speaker, received his Doctorate of Divinity from Maynooth College, Ireland in 1959. In the last forty years he has written 25 books.

Arthur Marks is an internationally acclaimed singer, director and choreographer. He made his professional debut in 1992 with the Kansas City Symphony Orchestra.

David Josefiak serves on the music staff as senior organist for the First Presbyterian Church of Wichita. He completed his undergraduate music degree at Friends University, Wichita.
