Greenwich Borough Council and the military have teamed up for the second year to put on the Great Get Together & Armed Forces Day event. The Great Get Together is a community event show casing local clubs and organisations for all ages. Advice on housing, health and a host of other information will be available. Farmers market, fun fair rides, tethered balloon and live acts on stage. The military part will include a 'Parade of Veterans' which all veterans will be invited to take part. Marching band, tent pegging competition by the Kings Troop RHA, freefall parachute display (weather dependant) by the Tigers (PWRR) freefall team. Various military stands.
