Women's eNews 21 Trailblazers Luncheon Celebrating the Launch of A Women's History Walk March 29, 2010

The walk will begin at 11 a.m. outside our offices at 6 Barclay Street, NY NY.

At 11:30 a.m. the Luncheon reception begins at The Down Town Association. Lunch begins at 12 p.m.

Please join Women’s eNews and Sherrill Redmon, Director of the Sophia Smith Collection at Smith College for a luncheon and presentation of 21 inspirational women from New York’s History.

Drawing from the extensive women’s archives in the Sophia Smith Collection, Redmon will introduce 21 New Yorkers who made history by championing social justice and gender equality while you dine. Expect to hear often ignored stories of working class, radical, lesbian and women of color activists and feminists.
