Women in Consulting (WIC) San Francisco
August 2009 Meeting
How to Leverage Greater Co-creativity and Collaboration in Your Consulting

Three Practices Improvisers Use to Co-Create Content and Navigate Through Uncertainty.
Tuesday, August 11, 2009, 5:30 – 7:30 pm PST
Early online registration closes Monday, August 10, 2009, 12 Noon

WIC SF and On Your Feet present a hands-on, crash course in improv theory and practice. Improv actors are real-time, market-driven innovators, a team of people who work together to create something (a story) to satisfy a customer (the audience) under extreme time pressure (instantly, on the spot). They have to step out into uncertainty, work in a state of constant flux and change, and create something coherent and successful together. They use a set of tools that absolutely anyone can learn and practice. The methods improvisers use on stage can help anyone interested in co-creating with others, sharing knowledge, or generating new ideas and solutions.
