The topic of this presentation is "Women in Business." How do we perpetuate or participate in gender bias in the work place? Do women face different expectations in the workplace due to gender role expectations? And how do we handle it so that we can move ahead in our industry?

Rose Hanna, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, has been teaching in both the Department of Psychology and Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies Department at California State University, Long Beach for the past 8 years. She has also been in private practice in Long Beach for over 15 years. She specializes in Couples Counseling, Postpartum depression, Work-Related Stress, Parenting issues, and other women's issues.
