About Our Speaker(s):
Ursula Mills
Chief Of Staff, President & COO
UBS Investment Bank

Ursula Mills joined the firm in London in 1995 as a Business Manager in Equities after spending approximately 6 years at Andersen Consulting. She was promoted in 1996 to Chief of Staff to the COO for e-commerce for the Investment Bank. In 2002, Ursula founded and became Co-Chair of the Financial Services Instant Messaging Association (FIMA).

In 2003, Ursula was responsible for the IT Management Office in addition to assisting Regina Dolan in Program Management of the US Tax Withholding Project.

Currently Ursula holds the position of Chief of Staff and Business Manager to Robert Wolf, President & Chief Operating Officer, UBS Investment Bank. This position incorporates the role of Client Introduction Manager (CIM).

Ursula was born and raised in the UK and graduated at the top of her class from the College of London with a degree in German and French. Ursula is divorced and currently resides in New York City.
