Wisconsins 10th Anniversary POW-MIA Balloon Launch May 28, 2007

This event takes place on Memorial Day 2007 in Milwaukee,Wisconsin. It all happens at Veterans park on the lakefront, at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.

This event follows the Milwaukee Memorial Day Parade which starts at 2pm downtown. Ceremonies begin around 3pm with Wreath presentations for our POW-MIAS. It is followed by the Missing Man table ceremony. The Launch follows with the release of 25,000 Black POW-MIA Balloons.

This is the largest event of its kind in the nation, and raising donations and putting the event together is done by Volunteers.
