WinterFest :: Surrey's Music, Sport, and Arts Festival February 9, 2008

Free winter festival featuring performances by Daniel Wesley and State of Shock. Lots of activities including an outdoor skating rink and a winter wonderland zone for snowshoeing. The event is free and open to the public.
